- Demo existing door and frame with 2x4 and patch with ⅝ drywall .
- Reopen and cut out 2x4 to install new door
- Remove front trim and repair with drywall mud.
- Demo top cabinet and repaste and repaint
- Demo existing countertop and replace and cut out sink
