A licensed plumber shall perform the following:
A. Ensure proper operation of water heater, and ensure all faucets/areas are properly working w/ hot & cold water
B. Provide missing cover to burner chamber
C. Replace vent tape with proper heat rated tape
D. Replace Nonstandard shape (S-Trap) with proper trap
E. Repair leak in the crawlspace
F. Secure loose hose bibb
G. Repair leak at the kitchen faucet
H. Repair leak at the hallway bathroom
I. Repair low pressure in master bath shower
J. Repair inoperable drain stop
K. Increase water pressure to 70 PSI - This might . . .
