Handyman needed in Alpharetta, GA

  • Chimney size is 65-3/8" x 29" x approx 245" tall.
  • Replace siding with hardy.
  • Caulk edges.
  • Paint.
  • Drywall torn out spot will need about 1.5 4x8 sheet.
  • Other drywall I'm not sure, damage areas aren't real big but it's a spot about 6' wide but narrow at one spot and cracking joints in the other; cracks are 15' high tho.
  • May need ripping out not sure - don't want mold issues.
