    • Must Have General Liability And Insurance
    • We Will Handle All Demo, Site Prep, And Cosmetic Elements Of This Project. For Us This Includes:
      Paint
      Trim
      Flooring
      Tile (Bathroom)
      Bathroom Fixtures
      Electrical / Light Fixtures
    • Ceilings – We Are Interested In A Drop Ceiling System So We Can Access Plumbing Easily. We Do Not Need A Grid System In The Unfinished Mechanical And Well Closet Areas.
    • Stairs – The Current Stairs Are Not To Our Standard. We Would Like Them Rebuilt With A 7″ Rise And 11″ Run.
    • Doors / Windows – Currently There Is A French Utility Door And A Double Window In The Basement We Would Like To Switch – Adding A Glass French Door Where The Windows Currently Are, And Moving The Windows To Where The Utility Doors Currently Are. We Have Standard Vinyl Siding And OSB Sheathing. We Would Also Like To Add 2 Standard Size Windows Flanking The Glass French Doors. This Will Be The Biggest Project In This Remodel, Easily.
    • Walls – In The Blueprint I Included I Have Highlighted The Walls That Do NOT Exist, But Need To Be Built. We Would Like The Standard 16″ Studs For This Project. All Other Walls Are Already In Place. We Will Not Be Changing Any Load Bearing Walls. I Also Highlighted The Windows That Do Not Exist.
    • We Will Purchase The French Door And The 2 New Windows
    • We Would Like To Use Regular 2×12′ For The Stair Stringers, And Paint Grade Plywood For The Treads. The Finished Product Will Be A Staircase Painted With Anti-Slip Paint.
    • We Will Provide The Replacement Siding.
    • Drop Ceiling Will Be Black
