• Carpenter (Building Maintenance Worker): Performs condition assessments of a space and/or building and proposes required repairs.
    A/C Technician: Performs general repairs and maintains equipment and machinery by troubleshooting and diagnosing special service problems in accordance with instructions, blueprints, manuals, and all building codes
    Electrician: Under general supervision, performs skilled work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, modification and repair of a variety of electrical systems and equipment.
    General Maintenance Worker: Under general supervision, provide general preventive and corrective mechanical and constructive maintenance for structures, facilities and systems.
    Maintenance Mechanic (Facilities): Responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment and other duties required to maintain functioning building/s or facilities.
    Painter: Under general supervision, applies coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel or lacquer to decorate and protect surfaces, trimmings and fixtures of service centers, park buildings, pavilions, and other facilities.

    Am I qualified?
    High School diploma and /or college degree or Trade school certificate. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in all subset areas, as well as professional references. Must pass criminal background and drug screen. Professional license may be required.
