1. Add Porch lights (4) in both units front and back

2. Replace roof vents (2) in front and back

3. Trim trees

4. Remove yard debris

5. Repair/paint roof facia

6. Paint back doors (2) for both units white

7. Paint all willow sills/door frames from red to gray

8. Repair back patios (2). Level them off and add a step

Unit A (Left side)

BEDROOM

1. Install closet rod

2. Replace closet door handles

3. Remove base floor heater

4. Add smoke detector

LIVING ROOM

1. Add smoke detector

2. Repair hole in bottom of wall

KITCHEN

1. Replace bottom window pane

2. New kitchen base, countertop & upper cabinets

3. New hot water heater

BATHROOM

1. Replace shower faucets

2. Add shower floor and drain

3. Add toilet paper holder

4. Replace ceiling light

5. Repair doorway Frame & paint

6. Replace bathroom door

 

Unit B (Right side)

BEDROOM

1. Replace closet door handles

2. Add smoke detector

LIVING ROOM

1. Add smoke detector

2. Repair hole between living room and kitchen

KITCHEN

1. Replace windows (4)

2. New kitchen base, countertop & upper cabinets

3. New hot water heater

4. Upgrade electrical panel

BATHROOM

1. Replace shower faucets

2. Add shower floor and drain

3. Replace sink

4. Add bathroom door

5. Add mirror above sink

6. Caulk wall cracks
