    Frame 6500 sq. ft. Home in Perry GA

    1) There will only be 4 columns.  I like the open look but would like to close it in a little more.

    2) The kitchen will be modified Only one opening and removing the three arch concept

    3) The recreational area and family area in the basement will be swapped.

    4) A closet added to the office in the basement and a potential window

    5) The fireplaces will be ventless gas, so I don’t believe I need the chimney.
