    • The idea is to build a duplex or build a two level home that will be used for buy and hold, rental property and one Airbnb.
    • The current houses will have to be demolished. We would need to verify your GC license and experience level.
    • We are going to need the following:
    1. Verify if the new construction can connect to the city sewer line or will it require septic
    2.  Construction surveying
    3. Site Plans
    4. Architectural Plans
    5. Apply for and acquire permits
    6. Plan Take off of all materials required and cost
    7. Electrical plan
    8. Builder cost per a sqft – sqft – To be determined by owner
