Roofing Specialist shall perform the following:
A. Repair/replace vent
B. Repair pipe/stack configuration and properly seal
C. Reinstall drip edge properly – Drip edge should overlap into the gutter, not behind it

3. Repair crumbling section of the foundation

4. Add additional joists to support area where wood rot is present

5. Add subfloor and additional support to subfloor under the kitchen cabinet area

6. Add missing C.O. detector in hallway outside of bedrooms and in kitchen

7. A licensed HVAC technician shall perform the following: A. Add/repair insulation where noted
B. Provide adequate heat to the hallway bathroom – The air coming out was only 68 degrees and it was around 120
everywhere else
C. Add supply vent to the master bathroom
D. Provide proper combustible clearance

8. A licensed plumber shall perform the following:
A. Ensure proper operation of water heater, and ensure all fauctes/areas are properly working w/ hot & cold water
B. Provide missing cover to burner chamber
C. Replace vent tape with proper heat rated tape
D. Replace Nonstandard shape (S-Trap) with proper trap
E. Repair leak in the crawlspace
F. Secure loose hose bibb
G. Repair leak at the kitchen faucet
H. Repair leak at the hallway bathroom
I. Repair low pressure in master bath shower
J. Repair inoperable drain stop
K. Increase water pressure to 70 PSI – This might fix the low pressure to the master bath shower

9. Repair cracked glass in the living room window

10. A certified mold specialist shall remediate mold in the crawlspace, clear out all debris, and install a new vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace
