    • Townhouse 2 bed, 2.5 bathHandyman:

       

    • Pressure wash vinyl siding on all 3 sides
    • Change 2 x 4 under the mailbox that’s rotten 
    • Clean gutters 
    • Replace exterior spot light 
    • Replace exterior light by front door 
    • Attach loose TV cable to the siding 
    • Replace all supply and return air registers/grilles 
    • Remove caulk and apply new caulk around vanity sinks (2 sinks) 
    • Re-caulk side plash in 1 bathroom upstairs (1) 
    • Glue a painted wood trim piece at bottom of mirror (2 locations) 
    • Replace all door hinges 
    • Install door knobs on cabinets in kitchen and all bathrooms 
    • Replace shoe mold next to shower in bathroom 
    • Secure/nail handrail by stairs 
    • Install window blinds on all windows 
    • Install smoke detector (2) 
    • Install carbon monoxide detector (1) 
    • Remove all window screens 
    • Install gas stove – hook up gas line, test, etc. 
    • Install dishwasher – install dishwasher, water line, drain line, electrical, test, etc. 
    • Install kitchen hood – mount hood, connect electrical, test 
    • Replace 1 light fixture with ceiling fan in living room 
    • Replace ceiling fans – 2 fans 
    • Replace bathroom vanity light fixtures – 3 fixtures 
    • Replace all outlet and switch cover plates 
    • Install lens at light fixture in kitchen 
    • New light bulbs throughout 
    • Replace bathroom vanity faucets – (3 faucets) 
    • Replace kitchen faucet
    • Painting:
    • Paint all interior walls
    • Paint all interior trim (window, door, base, etc.)
    • Paint all doors
    • Paint all ceilings
    • Paint brick fireplace
    • Paint kitchen cabinets
    • Paint bathroom cabinets
    • Prep – remove all cover plates, tape door knobs, etc.
    • Prep/sand and paint storage room exterior door
    • Drywall repair – patch few holes, sand and prep for paint
    • Clean up – remove excess paint from windows, window frames, mirrors, fixtures, etc.
