Bathroom #1 (approx 6′ X 8′)

1. Remove tub, toilet, vanity, floor tile, wall tile (in tub).

2. Remove wallpaper, perform minor drywall repairs, make paint ready

3. Paint walls, ceiling (popcorn ceiling), door and trim (paint will be provided)

4. Install shower valve (shower valve will be provided)

5. Move tub drain and install shower pan for a walk in shower (shower pan will be provided)

6. Tile and grout shower with niche and grab bar (tile and grout to be provided)

7. Complete shower valve and shower head installation, add grab bar.

8. Install and grout tile on floor (tile and grout to be provided)

Bathroom #2 (approx 6′ X 8′)

1. Remove tub, toilet, vanity, floor tile, wall tile (in tub).

2. Remove wallpaper, perform minor drywall repairs, make paint ready

3. Paint walls, ceiling (popcorn ceiling), door and trim (paint will be provided)

4. Install shower valve to replace existing (shower valve will be pr

ovided)

5. Install new tub (tub will be provided)

6. Tile and grout tub with niche (tile and grout to be provided)

7. Complete shower valve, tub spout and shower head installation.

8. Install and grout tile on floor (tile and grout to be provided)

Bathroom #3 (approx 6′ X 5′)

1. Remove toilet, vanity, and floor tile.

2. Remove wallpaper, perform minor drywall repairs, make paint ready

3. Paint walls, ceiling (popcorn ceiling), door and trim (paint will be provided)

4. Install and grout tile on floor (tile and grout to be provided)
