Properties must be serviced 2x week minimum. Inspecting and cleaning

common areas to include litter management, emptying trash cans, painting over any graffiti, blowing and raking leaves and debris,

trimming bushes and removing weeds, maintaining irrigation and fixing leaks, inspecting lighting. There will also be other tasks required on a

quarterly basis (deep cleans/powerwashing) and semi-annually (roof areas).

Need someone who communicates effectively and provides updates and

recommendations to owner.
