Refund Policy

Refund and Payment Terms

1. Payment Policy
All payments for services, including memberships, are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. For subscription-based services, charges will recur as indicated during the signup process. Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment methods remain valid.

2. Membership Subscriptions
Membership subscriptions grant proprietary access to our platform through a secure login. This access provides exclusive features, tools, and content available only to members. Due to the nature of this access, payments for memberships are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • You understand and accept the terms of access provided by the membership.
  • Refunds will not be issued for unused time, partial periods, or cancellations made after payment.

3. Cancellations
To cancel a service or membership:

  • Submit a cancellation request via accounting@bigapp.work.
  • Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
  • Late cancellation requests will apply to the following billing cycle.

4. Refunds for Other Services
Refunds for non-membership services will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service or product was not delivered as agreed or described.
  • Errors or duplicate payments caused by us.
  • Refunds are required by applicable laws under the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-390 et seq.).

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via accounting@bigapp.work within 14 days of the transaction. Each refund request will be assessed individually, and we reserve the right to require supporting documentation or evidence.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of services.
  • Additional fees for administrative costs and losses incurred.

If a dispute is filed, we will provide evidence to the payment processor contesting the chargeback. Repeated unauthorized disputes may be escalated and addressed under Georgia law.

6. Compliance with Georgia Consumer Protection Laws
This policy complies with the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act and other applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. Key provisions include:

  • Clear and conspicuous disclosure of all terms and conditions.
  • Honoring cancellation and refund requests as required by law.
  • Ensuring services and products meet the descriptions provided at the time of sale.

7. Exceptions
Refunds and cancellations will not be provided for:

  • Membership subscriptions.
  • Services already rendered or substantially performed.
  • Digital products or content that has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Promotional offers, unless explicitly stated.

8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration or mediation under the laws of the State of Georgia.

The venue for any legal proceedings will be located in Georgia and all parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Georgia courts.

9. Policy Updates
This policy is subject to updates or changes at our discretion. The latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the current terms.
